Not functional with OBS, leads to crashes 100% of the time

Crash on beta channel version upon 1) streaming with OBS and 2) switching focus to any other window.

100% reproducible. It looks like Dolphin is trying to change the resolution of the game, which causes the crash. This may have to do with my having a 4k monitor (primary) and a 1080p monitor (secondary).

Workaround is to just use the stable channel for now.
