Cluster Querying: Searching by lists

Currently, searching or querying clusters requires users to input the exact and correct name** of the namespace or tag. This can be prone to errors, especially for users who may not have all the necessary information readily available. To enhance user experience :

Proposed Enhancements:

• List of Available Namespaces:
    Display a list of all available namespaces that have at least one managed cluster associated with them.
  

• List of Available Labels:
    Provide a list of all available labels
  

• Filter by status (Healthy / Unhealthy)
