[prometheus-snmp-exporter] Missing release artifacts

Describe the bug a clear and concise description of what the bug is.

I see releases for prometheus-snmp-exporter 9.7.0 and 9.8.0, but the helm chart artifacts are not available.

The Helm repo index.yaml file shows 9.6.2 as the latest release, which mirrors the package.

Can we ensure these two versions get published correctly and fix subsequent releases? Thanks!
