Add option to show Prometheus alert expression in karma.

In a technical environment, many of alert receiving teams prefer to search for alert in Prometheus Alerts tab to see what exact expression caused the alert.
So it could be interesting if we could connect karma to Prometheus and extract alert definition for currently firing alert, including expression and alerts, and show them in karma.
