continuous integration testing for cloud node manifest #1
Description
The cloud controller node is the most important manifest in the infrastructure, so it should be well-tested all the time.
Travis CI builds run in virtual machines, so run Vagrant box tests aren't possible there and builds are time-limited, but testing the complete setup of a cloud controller node takes a long time (about 15 minutes, at least.)
