I seem to have lost full access to this repository (@AA-Turner can you please remedy this) and I am also not certain if other members of this organisation can run workflows (can someone please check?).

Thanks for the link. In future, I would expect to see (a) a discussion in a public forum and (b) agreement from others that moving is a good idea. Here, there is a comment indicating intent to transfer the repository at 4.28 pm & then an update saying it had been moved two minutes later (4.30 pm), all of this happening in a 'thread' (no notifications by default to non-participants).

Moving a repository should not be taken lightly, it moves something from your personal namespace into one that multiple volunteers are responsible for maintaining, and that is far more visible. All org members have repository creation permissions, but we should avoid using these until and unless we have consensus to do so.

I am aware, but this is python-docs-translations, an org for tools used for translators of the python docs (i.e., they don't apply elsewhere), and not some visible organisation like the main python org. I moved it because it simplifies access (in theory, though I see that may not be the case if I lost access) as otherwise the tool is as difficult to use as completing the process manually.

If you want to delete it, go ahead (I no longer have any such ability as mentioned earlier).

For what it's worth, potentially we could put similar functionality into the dashboard, but I think there's a utility for keeping this focused project separate if only we are able to make it possible to run workflows for more people.
