Remove `concurrent.futures.interpreter.ExecutionFailed` documentation

concurrent.futures.interpreter.ExecutionFailed and concurrent.interpreters.ExecutionFailed are both documented. But it seems that both are documenting the same exception, and concurrent.futures.interpreter.ExecutionFailed doesn't exist. @ericsnowcurrently

I'd like to work on this issue. Here's what I found:

The Problem:
The docs reference concurrent.futures.interpreter.ExecutionFailed in three places in ./Doc/library/concurrent.futures.rst, but this exception doesn't actually exist.

The Solution:

• ExecutionFailed is defined only in ./Lib/concurrent/interpreters/__init__.py
• All three references should be changed to concurrent.interpreters.ExecutionFailed

Proposed fix: Update the file paths to reference the correct exception.

Indeed, the exception is documented in concurrent.interpreters but not in concurrent.futures.interpreter (ExecutionFailed is used there but does not belong to that module). I think you should just remove the wrongly documented exception in concurrent.futures.interpreter and use concurrent.interpreters.ExecutionFailed for the reference instead.
