Finetuning checkpoints availability? #27

sh scripts/eval/mmvet.sh
appears to require a finetune checkpoint. Are these available somewhere or do we have to create one by training ourselves? It doesn't seem possible to evaluate on 3D MM-Vet or GApartNet without one.
