mm_projector.bin in pretrained checkpoints?

Hi,

I am interested in making use of the pretrained models for finetuning. It appears that the scripts/finetune.sh expects there to a be mm_projector.bin file present, but the pretrained checkpoints do not have this. Are we expected to do the pretraining first in order to make this file exist in a checkpoint? Any advice would be appreciated.
