[quickwit ui] allow configurable max hits #5903

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, Quickwit UI limits the maximum number of hits returned to 20, which can be restrictive for users who want to see more results at once.
Describe the solution you'd like
Allow the maximum number of hits to be configurable directly through the Quickwit UI.
Describe alternatives you've considered
I tried editing max_hits in the URL, but it does not change the number of hits displayed in the UI.
Additional context
This feature would improve usability and make Quickwit UI more flexible for searching and analyzing large datasets.
