Explicit package command support

It'd be convenient to have more explicit "program" + command support, e.g.:

packagename command [OPTIONS]

I agree that supporting subcommands would be helpful. Could you share your ideas for what the interface should look like from the R side?

I guess the simplest would be to just use the package name for explicitness and prepend all the commands with that.

For subcommands, you could use a "group" designation similar to what click does, though I am uncertain as to how simple that'd be to implement in terms of defining the groups.

As an example, the coin flip command from a package called "utilapps" might be:

cat(sample(c("heads", "tails"), n, TRUE), fill = TRUE)

Would then be invoked as utilapps probability flip-coin --n=10.

And perhaps the group definitions would all be stored in groups.R or something to provide the help statements describing the available commands in the group. I haven't closely looked at the package logic to see how commands are currently being parsed.
