Packages versions missing from public repos - erlang

Hi Rabbit Team,

I noticed that the builds for Erlang 27.3.4.6 succeeded about two weeks ago, but the packages have not yet appeared in the public yum1.rabbitmq.com and deb1.rabbitmq.com repositories.

Evidence of builds:
RPM: GitHub Action run
DEB: GitHub Action run

Current State of Repos:
Despite the successful builds, the public repositories seem out of sync:

• Deb repo stops at 27.3.4.2
• RPM repo stops at 27.3.4.5
• Cloudsmith is up to date (RPM & DEB).
• GitHub releases (applicable to RPM only), on the erlang-rpm repo, are up to date.

We are trying to avoid pulling from Cloudsmith directly to respect bandwidth guidelines (as per Discussion #9526 on rabbitmq-server), so we are waiting for them to appear in the standard locations.

Question:
Is there a known blockage preventing these built artifacts from being synced down to the correct public repositories?
Can I assist with anything to make it happen?
