In Operator , the innodb_log_file_size is still with the value 1G, it is not fit for every situations.
It should be set automatically correspond to innodb buffer size. see it in
https://dba.stackexchange.com/questions/1261/how-to-safely-change-mysql-innodb-variable-innodb-log-file-size
about 25% innodb buffer size
