Add more CAPI resources to the side nav #159
Description
There are quite a few different types of kubernetes resources involved in capi provisioning and we only show a handful in the CAPI navigation. Currently, users need to go into the cluster explorer to view most resources involved in CAPI provisioning. We should expand the list available from the CAPI extension. The cluster explorer nav loads entire API groups - maybe we can do something similar in CAPI.
