"Do Not Disturb" status not respected? #24
Description
Per the draft XEP a presence with status "dnd" indicates that no further calls should be directed toward the Rayo client. In the Rayo server this message is printed which a "dnd" status is received:

It appears that this means the presence is dropped rather than applied.
