🐞[Bug]: Swapping 1st and 2nd top performers

Is there an existing issue for this?

• I have searched the existing issues

Describe the bug

• The recode hive Top Performers arrangement doesn't seem natural.
• It doesn't look like podium if tried implementing,

Expected behavior

• Swapping places of 1st and 2nd so as we get 1->2->3 which is more natural to observe and see

I think we can keep the current one , i had designed it as a podium pattern so it looks more organic . Let me know your take on this

Can we construct podium just like a staircase.
1st in middle top, 2nd would be left middle, 3rd would be right lower
