Spring Boot Dashboard Failure

The Spring Boot Dashboard in VS Code no longer lists any of my Spring Boot microservices. Pressing the refresh icon shows a toast:

Error running command spring-boot-dashboard.refresh: command 'spring-boot-dashboard.refresh' not found. This is likely caused by the extension that contributes spring-boot-dashboard.refresh.

vscode-java doesn't handle anything Spring related. Please open a ticket in https://github.com/Microsoft/vscode-spring-boot-dashboard
