Event Bus Example

Could either this repo or the boiler plate repo include an example of how to properly use an event Bus following these guidelines? If there's already one there could someone point it out?

If you are still looking for an example, we have used an event bus in our 'ribot app' repository, which is also open source on Github and originally stemmed from the boilerplate.
