Approve Page Shows Already Approves Quotes

On the QDB approval page, when a user scrolls down, the page loads more quotes that have already been approved (implying it starts from the most recent in the QDB). It does not seem to account for the page. This is not an issue of the number of quotes to be approved does not fill up the full page, only when loading more quotes.

This is actually also happening on the main page when filtering by tags. It seems that the infinite scrolls does not account for the current tag and starts from the beginning.
