Describe the bug
The # header on the leaderboard has a scrollbar for some reason.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Visit the website
Click the leaderboard link in nav bar
See bug

Expected behavior
IT should not have the scroll bar

Additional context
Just going to add an overflow: hidden onto it.
