Add DB Schema Definitions

We need schema definitions for the following fields:

• Time Verified (timestamp, UTC)
• Discord ID : Unsigned Int - Ensure DB can store such large numbers.
• Email : String
• Name : String
• is_banned : Boolean
• banned_reason : String

Ensure that the DB is encrypted.

Add init db script for starting the DB for each individual use.
