License File Interpretation #1

Description

@deoxxa

Your README.md mentions that the license file is "gibberish", but this is not the case. It's written in a strange, exotic language from a land far away (it's Japanese). The basic gist of it is as follows:

Orto SDK is free software

Copyright 小林 悠 (Kobayashi Yu)

Public use of an application created using the Orto SDK is without charge regardless of whether it is for commercial or other use. To redistribute the SDK itself, or to use the SDK for other types of applications (ed: non-public?), please contact support@orto.jp.

We have no contract with Sun Microsystems, so Orto is not certified as an official Java runtime. Orto is a language in its own right and a separate entity. Java is a registered trademark of Sun Microsystems.

Damages arising from the use of the Orto SDK are not the fault of the author(s). Reverse engineering the Orto SDK is prohibited.

Don't rely on it for legal use, because I'm not exactly fluent, but it does bring the whole "this isn't Java, please don't say it's Java, oh god I don't want to get sued" part to light.
