[ideas] addin possibility: tar_make() the target at cursor

Would you consider including another rstudio addin to make the target at a cursor? I have found this to be very useful for interactive development when mapped to shortcut. It could basically be like the tar_read() and tar_load() addins, except use tar_make():

Now that I've learned this addin is already in tflow, I think I should probably drop this request.
