HDMI CEC support

Under Linux there is great CEC support. I wonder what would the direction be to implement it?

Yes, but this would require to port the Linux kernel mode display driver code first, which would be a huge effort.

Interesting. How vc4 tvservice relates to it? I’m interested in CEC events, and tvservice surfaces something. We are almost there:

tv_service is available on Circle, but only for 32-bit and not on RPi 5. Here is an example: https://github.com/rsta2/circle/tree/master/addon/vc4/interface/sample/tvservice
