Improve language on ServiceArea form

from danielm: ```"parent" has coding function, but it is a bit cryptic for a general admin. can a plainspoken synonym be included in parenthesis to identify this variable? Otherwise can it be removed from this view?```

Maybe we could change the `parent` label to `nested below (optional)` ?
