Added separate Events for updating Apps Users or interfaces on targets, #18
Description
Noticed that sending the entirety of the target every time slows down the application because of the data transfer. Maybe it would be better to add a couple other events to listen too like appUpdate userUpdate interfaceUpdate which would just send the info needed?
