Figure 15-4: Interrupted line

Description of the problem:
The line of the arrow from b to a looks split:

I see this rendering error in both Firefox and Chromium on Linux Mint 22.2, and both Firefox and Chrome on Android 15, so I don't think it's a platform issue.

Suggested fix:
Regenerate the image? This figure comes from #1855 in this commit cdb1394

I don't know how .dot files work or how they're turned into SVGs, so I'm not sure how this happened in the first place.

@carols10cents do you think there might have been a bug in the tool you used to create the svg?

I fiddled around with it in an online playground. I don't really know what I'm doing, but I think this is better?
