I cannot add LDAP users with more than 30 characters

Bug Description

Hello,

a LDAP User is not able to login to RustDesk since a few days. All other users work fine. When i tried to fix the issue i found out, that Users with more than 30 charcters are not allowed. Could this be the reason why the user is not working anymore?

How to Reproduce

Log in with a user via LDAP with more than 30 signs.

Expected Behavior

Login working.

The real reason is recorded in the logs.

Please hide the private information before sending the logs.

The error message should contains "LDAP error" or "LDAP operation".
