Okay. so, I have a song, right? With multiple tracks. I'm trying to export this thing, with different tracks, and I load it into Midis2Jam2, my MIDI visualizer, and it must be something with the exporting, because the tracks are all lumped into one guitar. Please help! I don't know what to do anymore.

I didn't, all of the tracks have different instruments.

My hypothesis is the problem might be caused by Program Change messages in unexpected places, but I can't tell the exact details in this case to be sure. If you are willing to post an example MIDI file with the problem, we can probably examine it and give more specific advice.

If you want to investigate yourself, in Signal MIDI editor, you can click the button with the three lines to open the Event List for a track. Look around for Program Change messages that are not at the beginning (not at tick zero), you should probably delete those. Once you have deleted all the Program Change messages that are not at the beginning, then you can re-assign the instrument sounds the way you want and see if everything works as expected now.
