[Bug]: salt-master restart salt-minion failed #68418
Description
What happened?
1，My SaltStack version is 3007.1,
2，I have configured a dual-master setup. When executing salt 192.168.16.111 service.restart salt-minion on the master, the client fails to restart.
3，However, when I log in to the target server locally and run systemctl start salt-minion, it starts normally.
