Feature suggestion: Export default values to `.sentry.yml`

Thanks for a great tool! I'm using it on a project right now and really enjoying it.

I like your approach of having both sane defaults and an explicit config file.
It'd make the transition from one to the other way easier if there was a way to export Sentry's discovered defaults into a YAML file for the developer to tweak from.

If you're interested in this, I'd be open to implementing it myself ❤️
