Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Right now, the way to enable/disable the WordPress debug mode is manually edit the wp-config.php file.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Use other approach like WORDPRESS DEBUG=1 variable, according to the WordPress official docker image.
