Decide what details about noise should be included in the specification

The proposed package would allow encoding of Stochastic Differential Equations (SDEs) in SBML. Encoding information about noise has been suggested.

In my opinion, this package should focus on SDEs instead of including noise.

Based on my experience, it is much better to focus on core functionality in order to achieve sufficient implementation (at least two). Otherwise, there will be no interchangeability between tools because each tool will only support a subset of the specification.

The Distrib package could also handle noise.

Based on my limited understanding of the suggestion to support describing noise per se, the distrib package also seems to me like an appropriate solution. Some clarification and specificity on this suggestion would be helpful.
