Refocus on click not on mouse movement

The idea is really simple, this app works not as on windows, on windows the tab would not be focused until you click, then it would do basically another click in the tab which just got focused.

If you can monitor if another tab is supposed to be focused, you also probably can monitor when user clicks to do another click, that solves in my oppinioin for most apps the issue, then for apps which dont need that you could whitelist them.

Do you think you could add this implementation?

@sbmpost any change this is gonna have a look, I would be willing to invest my time on this topic if you think its possible. I skimmed trought the section and see you considered it but I didnt understood why its not possible? Is it cause the app is already having a lot of source code?

Also related is #9. I think sending a second click while intercepting the first would lead to unpredictable results. I am not entirely sure though, but as it stands I have too little time to investigate further.

I thought about this somewhat longer. I would like to see what is possible. If you leave this issue open, I will take a look when I find some time.

It would be very interesting to have this option. I often focus on a text box to start typing in an app, and as I move my hands to the keyboard, I accidentally move the mouse to another attached window, and when I type, I'm no longer in the window I wanted to type in.

Build according to the README instructions. After that, you can test with the "click-through" functionality.
Bear in mind that some application UI elements may be immediately clickable without requiring focus. For
such UI elements you wouldn't want the "click-through" but AutoRaise has no way to know that. So this PR
is very much a proof of concept and is most likely never going to be merged with the master branch.
