Add the following endpoints:

• /$/registered_users (count)
• /$/confirmed_users (count)
• /$/homework_completed - has per {week,year,all_time}, per type...
• /$/grades - has average of everyone (not sure about privacy with this one)

And possibly others.

The idea is that those routes are prefixed with /$/ (because stonks)
