Add DateTime support #17
Description
DateTimes add a few complications.
- They're Dates, so checking for Date-like vs Time-like becomes more complicated.
- They lack nsec, so advancing Time-like becomes more complicated.
They're deprecated, so I'm not going to put in the effort, but maybe someone else will.
