Style: Margin seems off on landing page

Right now, on http://generated-numpy-docs-14648-2-sphinx2.surge.sh/, each consecutive section sees additional left-margin. This wasn't the case in the old documentation and looks like it's not intended. (Screenshots below)

The individual items also have a much larger amount of padding than before, which seems unnecessary and makes the landing page take up more space than is needed.

Since this is the first page one will see (well, unless one finds a specific page through a search engine), it seems worthwhile to spend a bit of effort on making this one clean.

Thanks for opening the issue. Yes! There is some restructuring of the content needed as per the theme.
