Add single cell HiC datasets into Muon container

Thanks for providing those useful tools and multiomics data analysis methods. I am interested in if Muon has the ability to analysis the single cell chromosome structure data(HiC data, uses cooler system, which also a h5ad based project) with the RNA-seq data.

There are published datasets which could measure the HiC and transcriptions information simultaneously on single cell level. And there are some computational analysis could be down using those two kind of information such as TAD associate gene expressions.

Would it be possible to use the MUON system to analysis the HiC and RNA data at the same time? I realized cooltools may not be proper functioned when we tried to convert a .cool file to a h5ad file and load it into muon.
Do you have any plan to build connection between MUON and HiC data|Cooler system? Please let me know. Thank you!
