Cannot read property 'SovranStorage' of undefined

Steps to reproduce
Boot either iOS or Android
Expected behavior
App loads on iOS or Android
Actual behavior
Intermittently the app crashes on load. I notice that this issue seems to occur more frequently on Android devices. Also noticed that there were 2 tickets opened in 2023 with this same issue but I could not find the fix.
This issue seemed to appear after bumping the @segment/analytics-react-native from version 2.20.4 to 2.21.0. @segment/analytics-react-native, @segment/sovran-react-native and react-native-get-random-values are in the latest version

We’ve tested with @segment/analytics-react-native@2.21.0 on both iOS and Android but haven’t been able to reproduce the crash on our end. Could you please provide more details to help us investigate further? Feel free to re-open the ticket with more details.
