RTX 5090 underperforming on v0.4.10.post2-cu128-b200: 25 % slower than RTX 4090 – any Blackwell optimizations missing?

I tested the PDF parsing speed of the RTX 5090 and 4090, and the 5090 is about 25 % slower than the 4090.
Could this be because the image lmsysorg/sglang:v0.4.10.post2-cu128-b200 is not yet fully optimized for the 5090, preventing it from delivering its full performance?
