Building arm64-osx-dbg fails in 3.9.0 with fatal error: 'mpfr.h' file not found

I tried to update the VCPKG port of sleef to 3.9.0. All test are disabled there, but the macOS debug build on arm64 fails as follows.

To my understanding mpfr.h is only needed for the tests, or is this a new dependency in 3.9.0?

It does not reproduce in my environment with the following cmake options.

I still cannot reproduce it in my environment.
In fact, you are building with so many options and it is impossible to find out what the problem is without checking the contents of the cmake files.
As I have said many times, I am the sole maintainer of this project for free and cannot support this special way of building.

If you want me to fix the problem, please submit the minimal set of cmake options to reproduce your problem.

It's also very weird that the problem is exposed only in a debug build.

Looking closer, I see that -DSLEEF_DISABLE_MPFR=ON is not passed to cmake.
