[DOC] - How to get started with SignalWire doc

We need a doc that provides determined pathways for customers. This needs to solve the issue of customer snot knowing what to used in specific scenarios, and not understanding all the tools required to be successful. 

Should help the customer get the full picture for their desired implementations.
