Updates the code to deal with recent changes on the website, closes #8

Work to do here... get the value of expectedMins calculated correctly for departures that aren't real time. Needs some relatively minor refactor of the existing code.

Code changes are all done, needs a little testing around 11:30pm to make sure buses expected in the early hours of the following day have correct expectedMins values.

This has an issue when run in the Cloudflare Workers runtime... I suspect that use of Intl.DateTimeFormat providing an options object as the 2nd argument is the problem. Need to experiment with this in the Workers runtime and see if this is the case.
