ERROR: Could not learn gamma parameters, exceeded max. number of reseedings!

Hi,
I came across this error:
" ERROR: Could not learn gamma parameters, exceeded max. number of reseedings! "

I used pureCLIP for the same genome (c elegans genome, ce11) and only sometimes this error occured.
I also tried reducing the number of chromosomes, but still didn't work out.
Could you advise how to fix this?
