Does PureCLIP work for PAR-CLIP data?

Hi PureCLIP developers,

I’m considering using PureCLIP to analyze PAR‑CLIP data, but I noticed that PAR‑CLIP typically lacks an input/control dataset. Does PureCLIP support PAR‑CLIP data (which have characteristic T→C or G→A conversions but no control)?
