Please note is it for python2 or for python3 in the documentation

I tried to install it with pip3 and it didn't work (e.g. there was error on import StringIO), but it works with pip2. So it is good to mention in the documentation that it is for python2.

This module needs to be updated for python3. In addition to StringIO, there are many old style print statements.
