Cloud processing

Add lightweight interface to cloud-hosted processing. Initial steps:

• settings menu: specify URL for server that will execute edgy xml
• right click on block menu: "execute on server" will send request to the server URL using the required protocol

I'm thinking o f using a HTTP REST style interface.

/run  -- POST starts a ne job processing, returns an id
/job/1 -- GET get the status of the job
/job/1/result -- GET get the result of the job once it's finished

Currently I'm thinking that the best option for recieving the program will be with in the same format as the one porduced by the export functionality already in Snap! but I haven't thought how we determine which block is executed.

The result can be in either XML or JSON.
