Issue with the testing file 16python3 interactive

Hello,

I get an error message when running the script 16-python3-particle-interactive.py (from the materials I downloaded on the SOFA website). I had to add the plugins Sofa.GL.Component.Rendering3D and Sofa.Component.Visual in the file so that it runs without errors.

Then, when I run the file, I still cannot see any interactivity. Nothing happens when I press +, -, A, or M (except for A, which makes the axes visible; I was expecting it to add a particle).

Could you help me?

Thanks for your quick reply. Unfortunately, I’m not able to run this either.
When I use runSofa command, I see something but nothing happens when I click on the uparrow or downarrow.

When I use the python command, I get the following error message:
[ERROR] [Simulation] Simulation::initTextures() : VisualLoop expected at the root node
This is probably due to my main file:

Do you hit "Ctrl" with the arrows ? You need to hold "Ctrl" to cend keyboard event.
