The instance of class ElasticMaterialObject(Sofa.Prefab) cannot be added to the node.

Files and models that had been functioning without issue suddenly encountered problems today. All soft-body models created using the ElasticMaterialObject encapsulated within a specific tutorial in Plugins-SoftRobots are now failing to render within Sofa, with no nodes visible either. What might be causing this?
