Incompatible with immutable releases

Hi, I recently enabled immutable releases and encounter an error on my next release:

Error: Cannot upload assets to an immutable release. - https://docs.github.com/rest

I guess the release must be created as a draft first, then the files need to be attached, and only after that can the release be published.

Why is this issue hanging for a month? It should be really easy to fix.

I have fixed this on my own, using native github cli instead this action.

          GITHUB_TOKEN: ${{ secrets.GITHUB_TOKEN }}

you can also do that by creating a draft first.

gh release create v0.0.3 --draft --title "003" --notes "notes"
gh release upload v0.0.3 README.md
gh release edit v0.0.3 --draft=false
